House and host were amazing with an easy check in. Great location with a pool that you never want to leave. House was spotless and just as gorgeous as the pictures. We spent two weeks here and felt at home the entire time. Highly recommend!

This home is the perfect headquarters for a golf getaway. It’s centrally located and has every amenity you could want-from the garage, great pool and large hot tub, quiet neighborhood and patio that’s great for unwinding after a long day. The beds are incredibly comfortable, which made it even better. Special touches greatly appreciated- coffee, laundry detergent…after staying here, we don’t see ourselves going back to a hotel anytime soon. 5 Stars

Went for a quick weekend boys trip to Scottsdale. This is one of the best run rentals I have ever stayed at. The house is beautiful, everything is new, everything is so organized I rarely had to reach out to the manager. I wish every house I stay at is like this. Highly recommend.

This was a lovely house for a two family spring break trip to enjoy the warm weather (for adult and three teens). The house has been recently remodeled, and is in very good shape. All fixtures, appliances, bathrooms, and amenities feel new, fresh, nicely-styled, and helpful. We also appreciated many of the little touches like chip clips for bags of food, quality pool towels, and pool toys. The pool was wonderful, access to the house was easy within an electronic lock. Great and frequent communication with the property manager, in a nice location near everything Scottsdale has to offer. We loved the property and highly recommend it!

Awesome location, beautiful home! Our family of 8, including two children, thoroughly enjoyed this well equipped, beautiful home! The pool and spa were perfect for our grands and I’m so glad we paid the little extra to heat it since the evenings are cool. Laura was a great host, very easy to communicate with and she has an eye for decorating! Not one thing left out! Easy access to Old Town and the main freeway. The airport is so close and plenty of stores and restaurants nearby! Our grands and the rest of our group loved Butterfly world! Thank you Laura! Hope to return again!

House was great! Perfect size for the 8 of us. The pool was our favorite part. Just know that it is not heated unless you tell the host to heat it. But with the high 90 degree weather we didn't need it. The kitchen and laundry had everything we needed. Loved the laundry room access off the pool deck to get cold drinks from the fridge. The host, Laura, was excellent. She got back to me right away with my answers. The location was also excellent - grocery store was right down the street and Old Town was so close by! I would recommend this house to anyone!

Quick trip to Scottsdale and left wishing we could have stayed at this house longer. Beautifully updated house in a great location. Enjoyed lounging by the pool and relaxing on the back patio. Host was quick to respond to a few questions that we had. Would definitely stay here again.
