Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood because it offers a quiet, family‑friendly setting within the well‑regarded Trace Ridge subdivision, with sidewalks, mature landscaping and community amenities. What I enjoy most is the ease of access to good schools, shopping, and parks while still feeling tucked away in a peaceful environment.

What makes this property unique

This home stands out thanks to its generous quarter‑acre lot paired with a sparkling private pool and outdoor entertaining space in the backyard. Inside, the open floor plan features a luxurious primary ensuite with walk‑in shower and closet, plus a flex space that can serve as a game room or office.
