As you enter the villa you are greeted by the stunning views of the blue ocean. The villa is air conditioned throughout. The minimalist kitchen is fully equipped and has all essentials of a modern kitchen. The lounge is designed for comfort and all furniture is uniquely designed and ordered for the villa. The villa is fitted with blade less Exhale fans in all rooms, Harman Kardon Onyx Studio 2 Wireless Speaker System, flat screen TV in all bedrooms and living room. Cable TV in living room and all other TV's are connected to the internet for streaming through the high speed wireless internet throughout the villa. The light design is carefully planned with indirect light fixtures throughout the villa that creates a calm ambiance. Present detected light switches in all passageways and bathrooms. There is a garage as well as 2 out door parkings

The landscaped back garden has a sun deck with sun throughout the day. The entrance is private and the villa is cleaned and bed sheets, towels and pool towels are changed every three days. The three bedrooms feature king size beds with flatscreen TV, dressing table, walk in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom , hairdryer, safetydrawer and coffee station. Bedroom 2 and 3 has panoramic sea views and bedroom 1 has garden view with a private balcony. The bedroom 1 and 2 are furnished with refrigerators. The bathrooms ensuite to bedroom 1 and 2 have double sink, rain shower, thermostatic shower and suspended WC. The Bathroom ensuite to bedroom 3 has a sallad bowl sink, rain shower, thermostatic shower and suspended WC. The ground level is furnished with a washer and dryer.

The pool area features an infinity edged pool in balinese blue stone and white washed terrace. Enjoy the sea view from the built in sofa inside the pool! You have 6 sund beds and a table seating 6.
