We had a lovely stay! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. It’s a great size for two people and had a lot of windows and natural light which we loved. The private trail and hiking route near the property is great and right next to the water - we enjoyed watching the wildlife near the dam. We booked this stay because we saw a few shows at the Haw River Ballroom - the route venue is a walkable distance, but not super pedestrian-friendly (no sidewalks for a stretch of the walk on a small road and it would’ve been very dark walking home.) We ended up driving to the venue and that was super easy and doable! And parking wasn’t too bad - there are plenty of parking lot options. We had a great time and would recommend staying here if you’re visiting Saxapahaw!

Lovely spot within walking distance of haw river ballroom! We had a great two night stay, enjoyed the trails that you can jump on right from the property. The apartment itself had everything we needed for a long weekend. We will definitely return if we are back in the area.

Property was perfect for our visit to check out the community of Saxapahaw and go to a show at the Haw River Ballroom. Rae was very responsive and quickly dealt with a minor issue. The pup was happy and enjoyed walks to the river.
