Modern, spacious condo in Cuenca's historic center. Beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking the mountains and city skyline! A few minutes walking distance to Parque Calderón. Located in the popular San Sebastián neighborhood. Close to so much -art galleries, museums, and churches - enjoy exploring the city by foot. The apartment is spacious (2000 ft2), comfortable and filled with natural light. Two bedrooms on the main level, loft with bed on second floor. WiFi, washer/dryer, and fully equipped kitchen among other amenities.

Location, Location, Location! This Condo is located in the blossoming neighborhood of San Sebastian. It is a safe and quiet neighborhood, but it hosts a variety of restaurants and coffee shops in the beautiful Plaza San Sebastian, which is right next door to the condo. A few minutes walk from the must see Parque Calderon Plaza, with its many museums, restaurants and shops. The Condo is close to everything, but secluded enough where you have restful nights and time to relax when needed.

The rooftop terrace is one of a kind! Truly spectacular views of the city and mountains. You are not going to find something quite like this so close to the historic center! High speed Wifi, a fully equipped kitchen, two separate lounging spaces, and a workspace full of natural light. This is a great stay for families or a group of friends.
