Gave 5 stars because good communication and we had a good time in the back yard with the bar , pool and relaxing. The house was nice and clean and cool ( temperature ) We had a good time when there . Things that could make it better is larger beds, I believe AD says queen but felt like a double , needs new bbq ( the one there is falling apart at bottom and for the price spent , there should be a nice bbq . We stayed for 6 nights and were not able to do laundry, I wasn’t happy with that . We had a good time there… these are just a couple things that could make it better and have more people return for multiple visits !

This was a very nice house. We couldn't use the pool because it was too cold but it looks very inviting. The house itself was very clean but some of the dishes and glasses could have cleaner. I wish there were a few more table lamps for lighting. Host explained everything..r

As pictured but not as described

This house was in a nice neighborhood and as pictured. Andy required us to meet to check-in (not contactless check-in), which is fine I just wish the listing said that. Pool wasn't heated and told the spa/hot tub was not either, it was just a "waterfall". No big deal, we didn't care about swimming. Listing said washer/dryer but we were told upon arrival that we could only use it with permission if staying 7 days so we weren't prepared for that. Our biggest complaint is while the inside of the house was private, the outside was NOT! There were always at least 3-4 cars coming/going from the property at all hours of the morning and night. This kept us awake at night and woke us up in the AM. He was even sitting outside in the car one day just talking and we could hear him inside the house! The walls are THIN and people kept coming on the property and sounded like they were walking in the attic and all over the outside. We could hear running water when we weren't using it and it took over 30 minutes on the first day to get the hot water to warm up. It was honestly a little creepy knowing they were always there and overly annoying being kept up at night and woken up before the sun. We checked out around 5 AM our last day as we were just ready to make the long drive home. Will NEVER stay at this property again.

Some one else living in the house?? Voices and barks coming out from the walls and a hidden door behind the fridge?! unacceptable. I felt unsafe, privacy was robbed, people would come at night and leave a mess. No, they do not tell you about this. We found that out in the most scary was possible.

We (my wife, son and daughter-in-law) enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood was quiet, except for New Year's Eve, which was understandable. The pool was a nice feature, although the deck furniture needs to be refreshed . A good location between Miami and the Keys. Accommodations were as advertised,.

Beautiful backyard and pool area

We enjoyed our stay at Andy’s Resort. Another couple joined us for part of our stay and we were all very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to make some meals in plus a nice grill in the backyard. Very nice neighborhood with lots of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The pool area was very relaxing and we spent lots of time there swimming, playing billiards and darts. Andy is a very gracious host and ensured we had everything we needed. Even checked in with us mid stay to ensure we were comfortable. Good communicator and very easy check in process.

Weekend getaway

Andy was the best kindest homeowner who greeted & welcomed my husband & I for our arrival. He gave us a tour of his beautiful home. The photos do not do this home justice. I was floored at how amazing this home is & all the amenities it comes with; the pool, pool table, dart board, bbq grill, backyard bar set up.... I can go on & on. Andy’s home was perfect. The neighborhood is safe & quiet. I highly recommend this home. I will definitely be returning in the near future. Andy, thank you so very much.

Friendly and helpful

Andy was always quick to respond to any messages I left him either via text or message via VRBO. The house was very clean and is located close to a variety of things to do, shop, and places to eat were near by as well. The back yard pool area is a perfect place to unwind.

A great place!

The property was very nice. Very clean and stocked with immenities. Location was perfect to activities we were doing, and located in a very nice and peaceful neighborhood. Andy was very nice and and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Would recommend this property to anyone, and definitely would stay here again.

The Andy Resort was exactly what we needed for a short stay before going to key west for a wedding the check in process was very easy Andy meet us when we arrived and explained everything and how all the lights and electronics worked go WiFi to our surprise there plenty of toiletries already on the premises and so coffee and creamer and other spices for cooking those are always the little things that add up Was extremely happy will recommend to everyone I meeet Brian

Beautiful home & outdoor pool area. Andres was very nice & provided a great resort style home. Full kitchen with cookware & utensils. We spent a lot of time by the pool. Andy's Resort...great location

Andy's place is in a nice quite neighborhood, yet convenient to shopping and highway access. The house looks just like the pictures, clean comfortable and relaxing. We ate most of our meals poolside, which was a very enjoyable treat for two mid-westerners escaping the bitter cold. Andy met us at the house upon our arrival and showed us all the things we needed to know. The kitchen is well equipped and he even has travel size soap, shampoo etc. just in case you forgot yours. He has bath towels and towels for the pool. Backyard is private and great for a relaxing afternoon by the pool reading a book, the covered portion of the patio is a great escape from the sun and the occasional afternoon shower. We would stay here again.

The house has more than met our expectations. Everything was super clean, the outdoor area with pool, bar and grill for private use invites you to relax. The kitchen fully equipped. We can definitely recommend the house. The communication was excellent. Super fast answers. We were welcomed in the house and completely instructed. Just great.
