This open and airy layout can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and is nestled in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood. You may park in the garage or on one of the street parking spaces. Parking is free! Maximum 4 cars per stay. Passenger vehicles only (no camper vans, RVs, etc.).

We take our home's sanitation and cleaning procedures very seriously. All linens and bed quilts are laundered with every new stay, and all commonly touched surfaces and objects are sanitized with every clean!

There is an attached Guest Suite next to this home. We typically have it rented out to professionals one month at a time.

But don't worry, optimal privacy for our guests is very important to us. Both homes have their own private entrances, HVACs, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces, and there is no access to this home from the guest suite.

Guest access

You'll have access to the entire unit but does not include the guest house. This will include the double-car garage and back patio.

Other things to note

There is a detached Casita next to this home. We typically have it rented out one month at a time to local traveling professionals.

But don't worry, optimal privacy for our guests is very important to us. Each space is completely private and has private entrances, HVACs, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces.

Pet Policy
Although we love our furry friends, to keep our home as clean, comfortable, and allergy-friendly as possible, no pets are allowed. If you bring an unauthorized animal on the property, you will be charged a $400 pet cleaning fee and your booking will be terminated with no refund.
