Es una Villa hermosa cuenta con todo para pasarlo súper bien con la familia y con los amigos, las áreas verdes son muy amplias y las albercas gigantes y preciosas, a solo dos minutos se encuentra el mar, a cinco minutos el centro comercial la isla, el supermercado y el Forum Mundo Imperial para disfrutar de los mejores conciertos y eventos y espectáculos, a solo 8 minutos el aeropuerto Benito Juárez.

No se permiten fiestas ni visitas dentro de la villa.
