The open-concept living area flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen and dining space, so the whole family can gather for meals, board games, or a movie night after a day of adventure.

With three full bedrooms and three bathrooms, everyone can enjoy their own space and privacy. The primary suite offers a plush king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub—your private retreat after a day on the slopes. The second bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, and the third includes twin beds perfect for kids or additional guests. Each room is tastefully decorated with cozy mountain touches and quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The home comes stocked with everything you need for a stress-free stay: high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs with streaming options, a washer and dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, and coffee essentials.

Community Rules

This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.

NOISE
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM — 7:00 AM.
Keep noise indoors during these hours.
No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

PARKING
Keep all tires off the road.
Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840)
No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.

OUTDOOR FIRES
High wildfire risk area!
No open fires.
No unattended fires.
No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check electronic sign at entrance for of the village for updates.

ALCOHOL
No open containers on roads or in common areas.
PETS
Leash always required when outside.
Clean up after your pets.

TRASH
Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or carports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property.
Dumpsters are located just past 4003 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840 on the left in the rear of the owner's pool parking lot.
