Newly Renovated 2 BR 2 Bath cottage on Nantucket’s beautiful West End! Enjoy the best Nantucket has to offer with a short walk through Conservation land to 40th Pole Beach. Short distance to Madaket Harbor and its’ famous sunsets and Millie’s restaurant, or easy way to Historic Nantucket Town. This well-appointed cottage has both ocean breezes and whispering pines, and awaits your discovery of the peace and quiet away from island crowds yet close to all that the island has to offer! Main house located on same property may be rented separately or owner occupied. The cottage may be rented with the main house as a compound for a reduced rate, ask your broker for details if you have interest.
