Set on a private one-acre lot filled with mature pinyon trees, this secluded getaway sees deer wandering through daily. Take it all in from the spacious back deck, settle into the Adirondack chairs. A propane BBQ is ready for outdoor cooking, or prepare meals inside on the custom-built gas stove.

The property sits on approximately one acre and is surrounded by mature piñon and cedar trees, creating a peaceful setting for relaxing, stargazing, and enjoying the outdoors. When we purchased the property, our goal was to create a private oasis where guests could unwind, recharge, and experience the quiet beauty of Southwest Colorado.
