Welcome to Styles Beach 2E, located on the second floor, this brand-new beachfront condo offers direct access to the sand and water of Ambergris Caye, Belize. With two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, it comfortably sleeps up to six — perfect for families, couples, or small groups.
The open-layout kitchen is stocked with the essentials and features modern appliances. Along with a spacious and bright living room, this unit includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a beachfront balcony, TVs in every room, an in-unit washer and dryer, and access to shared amenities including a swimming pool, outdoor lounge, pier, and on-site parking.
This condo is part of Styles Beach — a professionally managed group of individually owned beachfront residences — located in the popular Tres Cocos neighborhood on the north side of San Pedro, and just minutes from some of the island’s best restaurants and bars.
The building is equipped with 24/7 surveillance, and the team at Paradise Point Property Management is happy to assist with any concerns or issues should they arise during your stay.
