The Jasmine House is a traditional Hawaiian style home built in 2000 by Castle and Cooke Ltd and upgraded in 2010. Casper beds were purchased in 2018. Red mahogany floors run through the entire home. Both baths have tile flooring, granite counter tops, one has a tub the other an attractive glass block wall shower. There is a stacked washer/dryer The kitchen is outfitted with granite counter tops and is well equipped with new appliances including a dishwasher installed in 2018. Feel free to look at House Rules. This was the perfect weekend getaway and a big part of it was the accommodations that this property provided. They pretty much thought of everything. Place was very clean, and cozy.
Really enjoyed our stay at the Jasmine House. Bart is a great host . It has a great location in town so you can walk to all the main shops . Had beach accessories which was nice since it’s hard to find such things at the stores there . Will stay again 100%
My family and I enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return. Having the beach equipment was a plus, along with very comfortable beds, and top notch washer/dryer. Finding a few spices in the cupboard was nice, but other partially empty food containers weren't. No way of knowing how long they'd been there.
The property was clean, well laid out and very comfortable for our group. It was the perfect place for our quiet and relaxing vacation. We loved having dinners on the covered Lanai. Highly recommend!
Very nice, good layout, very comfortable. Kitchen worked well. Enjoyed our time in the house as well as exploring the island. Manager Bart was helpful and easy to contact. Tip: be at Garden of the Gods well before sunset. Arrived January 11 for 5 nights.
This lovely cottage is located in a convenient, walkable neighborhood in Lanai City! We had a relaxing week at this property and it was comfortable for our small family!
extremely clean and well appointed, comfortable beds, nice kitchen and centrally located in Lanai city, easy to get to. It's can be hard to find a place to stay on Lanai but this house is a personal favorite.
Two brothers went to hunt, wives came along. This house was great for our needs. The grill was handy for trying the venison from the hunt and the 3 bedrooms, 2 baths gave us space to spread out. It was a great location- we walked to town for shopping, dinner, etc. Very convenient and safe

Dennis and I discovered Lana'i 40 years ago when it was owned by Dole Co. At that time vistas of pineapple fields covered the Island as far as the eye could see. We fell in love with the feeling of old Hawaii, the untouched beauty of the beaches, the relaxed pace of life and endless hiking/biking trails. Even today in our busy world the smiling faces, and aloha spirit abound where ever you go. Come and see for yourself!

The Jasmine house is located in a quiet resedential neighborhood several blocks and easy walking distance from the center of town. There is a lovely view of the mountains from the wrap areound lanai.
What makes this property unique
Jasmine House rests on a quiet corner and is surrounded by tropical landscaping which provides privacy to the large surrounding deck and porch. A ten minute walk to the heart of the town makes it convienent to shop, stroll or have a meal. Jasmine is our second home and has all of the amenities to cook, relax on the new sofa and chair, barbeque, watch Netflix, or read a book on the "lanai".
