-IMPORTANT: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
-Our home has exterior security cameras. One by the main entrance, another on on the back facing the parking space, another by the pool.
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,000. We understand accidents happen, so we`ve got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
- *Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
