Ground Floor The massive garage offers room for four vehicles and features two spacious outdoor showers. A ground-level mudroom provides additional storage for beach gear, with elevator access conveniently starting on this floor.

Entry Level (1st Floor) This level features four bedrooms, including a Primary Suite with a king bed, rear deck access, and an en-suite bath with a large shower. Guest Bedroom #1 also offers a queen bed, rear deck access, and an en-suite shower. Guest Bedroom #2 features two twin beds and front porch access, while Guest Bedroom #3 includes two built-in twin bunk beds and front porch access. A full hallway bathroom serves these rooms. This floor also includes a den with deck access and a dedicated office space.

Main/Top Floor (2nd Floor) The top floor features tall ceilings and sliding glass doors with beach views.
