Please ensure lights, electronics, & water faucets are off before leaving the house.
If you use the grill clean the grill.
Make sure top is secure on hot tub.
If you use electric heat in the bathroom please turn it off.
Clean and put away all dishes.
Leave used beds unmade.
Hit the “lock” button on the keypad to lock up the property. Please make sure windows and doors are closed and locked before leaving.
Please dispose of all of your trash in the dumpster.
