Urban New Apartment near Arts District

Newly renovated urban apartment just a few blocks from Arts District and downtown OKC. This downstairs unit was remodeled with cool elements like concrete flooring, open layout, high ceilings, plenty of kitchen space and parking literally right in front of the door. You are just a few blocks from the Plaza District, an artsy area with boutiques, dining, bars and murals. Downtown OKC is about 5 min away. FREE laundry on site for guests and a fun Friends themed coffeeshop. This building sits on a corner lot and does have the occasional foot traffic. We are pet friendly with an additional fee and there is a gated back yard to walk your pups.

NO refunds if a bug finds its way inside. This is Oklahoma; we have ants, june bugs, earwigs etc.
