Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Make sure to return the key fob back to Key Cafe. That will ensure the next guests will have it and access the building.
Trash chute is adjacent to the Community Room (which is near the elevator).

Clean, Near Progressive Field and 4th Street entertainment. Parking was a little complicated. Host provided good instructions just remember look up the garbage scanner is above the yellow bar over garage. A photo of that would help. Host was friendly and always a available. Good Stay!!!

The location is excellent, within walking distance to progressive field, coffee shops, and a lot downtown attractions. The host is easy to communicate with. The first thing I noticed upon entering was the strong smell of marijuana. We also noticed the bedding appeared to not have been changed out or was stained, in which case it should have been replaced. The floors were not clean, the windows and tables were dusty, the shower was also dirty. I did advise the host of these issues. He sent his cleaning service back the next day and issued me a partial refund. While I appreciate his effort, the cleaning service did nothing but change the bedding, they did not clean. I would really look into a new cleaning service. We had our 2 toddlers with us, both of which had medical issues. Cleanliness is important to us, I had to clean the place myself and chase my kids to keep them off of the floors and from touching things. Great location, friendly host, wouldn’t take kids here or anybody with any immune issues.

When we arrived at the property, I was informed in a timely way that there were issues with the key lockbox and was directed on how to proceed. Communication with this host (Minh) was always very quick and solved whatever my issue was. The first thing we noticed when entering our unit was just how clean it was. The building was in an area that was perfect for our needs. You could walk to so many different events and attractions. The only negative that we had was that there were absolutely no frills of any kind. There was a k-cup coffee machine but there were only 4 cups for a 2 night stay with 3 adults. The amount of silverware, cups, glasses, etc. was extremely low. The air mattress was there but there were no linens to put on it. If you plan on staying here, please be sure to bring EVERYTHING you need. I want to thank Minh again for her great and pleasant communication!

Thank you for your feedback Virginia. I will work on all that you have brought up. As for the air mattress, we have pillows, bed sheets and throw blanket upon request. I use to leave it in the closest but it continue to go missing. Overall, we are glad to hear you had a great stay.
