Please throw away kitchen, bathroom and patio trash.
Please call up with any questions that you have regarding check out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Must be 25+ to rent. No Bachelor/ Bachelorette groups at the home. The people who rent the home are the only ones allowed at the home.
No pets or smoking. Fine of $300. No glass at the pool. You must do check out procedures of there is a fee of $100 min
Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If we have to ask you twice you will be asked to leave with no refund. No fireworks
