The host was extremely kind, and everything was just as pictured. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay this Valentines weekend. I will most definitely be coming back.
I was excited when I arrived at the rustic cabin. The host was quick to bring an extra towel since I failed to see the second towel in the bathroom. At 9 PM, however, the nightmare began. The loft was swarming with mosquitos. My husband and I covered ourselves with the sheet and prayed to fall asleep. I closed the loft window in case that was where they were coming in from. At one point, I couldn't handle the heat and considered sleeping in my car to get away from the mosquitoes. I even discussed leaving and going to another hotel. The mosquitoes finally abated somewhat around 11:30 PM.In the morning, the back of the upstairs blinds was covered with them. I also noticed huge gaps in the front door.
