Two light and airy, spacious open concept lofts which are joined via double doors on the front balconies. Located on the outskirts of Panajachel, outside the hustle and bustle of town, yet a short drive or tuk tuk ride to the center of town!
The space
Located on the outskirts of Panajachel but worlds away from the hustle and bustle, these two adjoining brand new, two-story lofts will wow you with their panoramic, 180-degree views of Lake Atitlan and surrounding villages and the attention to detail and comfort.
Each loft has two sleeping areas (divided by heavy canvas curtains) and one bathroom, as well as a familiy room area downstairs, and a fully-equipped kitchen, living room and balcony upstairs. These lofts are joined via double doors located on the front balconies.
Soak in the views from almost every corner of this property – including from two hot tubs situated on two private terraces complete with large retractable umbrella and teak table and chair set.
On the lower level of the loft, you’ll find two sleeping areas that are separated by a family room. Each sleeping area can be closed off with heavy privacy curtains. The front bedrooms have two twin beds (that can be combined to make a king-size bed) each and ceiling to floor windows. The rear bedrooms have queen-size beds. The lower level of the lofts also has a roomy bathroom, complete with rain head shower and plenty of hot water.
The nearby villages of Panajachel and Santa Catarina Palopo can be reached on foot in about 15 to 20 minutes, or by tuk-tuk (three-wheeled moto taxi) or via public transport (collective pick up trucks) in about five minutes.
