Beautiful and renovated art-deco 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms located in the prestigious Hollywood Lakes. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail by the pool. Perfect location for friends and families. Spend some quality time in a residential neighborhood located a 5 minute drive to Hollywood beach. Street parking only.

This house is equipped with Minut decibel detectors and no parties will be tolerated. This is a residential neighborhood, please be respectful of the neighbors.

Guests have access to the entire property except the shed in the yard which is locked

We rented the porch house from Feb 16 to 20. We had no hot water on the16th. Called the host and plumber arrived around noon of the 17th. On 18th tried to cook breakfast but no gas in stove because the meter was locked. Host said for lack of payment. On Friday when we left, still no gas to cook our food or hot water for showers . This behavior not only violates the trust of VRBO but also felt like we were taken advantage of.Anyone considering renting this house should be made aware of these red flags. Host and VRBO made aware of our issues. We felt that we deserve a full refund not the 40% offered. Beware of this rental. This is what the porch looks like,The app will not let me paste a photo of the porch. It is an animal cage. There are two other large wire cages on front side of house. None of this appear on the VRBO site.

Host was VERY responsive before the trip, was going to be out of town so left husbands contact who answered our only question immediately when we reached out after arriving.House was great, master shower could use a little work but other than that it was great! The location is great, plenty in walking distance and the electric golf carts take you anywhere else you would need.
