Welcome to Harvest Hill, a modern farmhouse retreat just outside Ames and a short drive to Iowa State University.
The house is set on a quiet acreage, so guests get the best of both worlds: easy access to campus, stadiums, and restaurants, but space to relax, spread out, and actually hear each other talk.
Harvest Hill works especially well for:
Families coming for football games, graduations, and campus visits
Groups of friends or reunion weekends
Concerts and special events in Ames
Inside, you’ll find comfortable bedrooms, plenty of seating for hanging out, and a kitchen that’s actually set up to cook and serve a real meal. Outside, there’s space to enjoy the yard, let the kids (or adults) burn some energy, and unwind in the salt water hot tub after a busy day on campus.
We’re happy to host groups and families who want a quiet, comfortable home base for their time in Ames.
