We do provide a starter set of toilet paper, hand soap, drip coffee, keurig coffee and filters, creamer and sweetner, Kelly Bergman bath soap, shampoo etc

Guests will have full access to the condo and swimming pool (in season)

This is a NON-SMOKING unit, A penalty of $150 will be charged for failure to abide by the NON-SMOKING POLICY !

NO KIDS! NO EXCEPTIONS !!
If any damages occur to the property or if any excess cleaning is needed, your card will be charged accordingly!

KIDS: No kids under 16 allowed, no exceptions, $150 fee if kids are caught on the property without permission, even if we allow a kid younger than 16 it is with the understanding we are in no way ,shape, form or fashion responsibe for that kids safety anywhere on the property, inside or outside. Guest will be responsible for any damaged items or any extra cleaning needed due to spills, chips or food on furniture , bedding, or anywhere else in the condo. The patio is about 15 feet off the ground and there are about 7 steps to the condo door. By renting you are agreeing you are 100% responsible for the kids safety and we are released from any and all liability no matter the reason or incident. You will also sign the rental agreement stating the same.
