After a day of skiing or shopping and dining on Main Street, come home to this comfortable and affordable studio condo at The Prospector. Great in-town location, less than1 mile to Main Street. 5 minutes to all 3 ski areas. A variety of restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance.

This condo is completely remodeled with flat panel TV, slate floors in kitchen/bath, granite counter-tops, gorgeous cabinets, stone fireplace, and more! Everything is all new. It's beautiful, and is truly a haven after a long day in town or on the slopes.

This condo sits in a perfect location in Park City. Close to everything: 5 minutes to Main Street, all 3 ski resorts. Park City's free shuttle stops at the property to deliver you anywhere in town. This is a Sundance screening location too!

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Don’t want to take out your own trash? Our housekeeper will take it out for you for $10 per bag. Large dumpsters are located at the end of each parking lot.
Leave the parking pass hanging in the room. The development charges a $25 replacement fee for lost tags.
Your keys can be left in the room or in a key drop box at each exit of the building.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please, no long-term rentals over 30 days during winter (December 1-April 1)
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation more than 11 months in advance.

I had a great stay at this condo, walked just about everywhere! Yes, it's about 2 miles to main street, but there are beautiful walking trails that take you there without having to maneuver the main streets. Perfect for just me, I was working remote to get out of the heat!

Good property in most ways but I had problems with heat and with AC. Receptionist was mechanical and indifferent. Small patio is very close to that of neighbors in the next bldg., giving zero privacy there. Otherwise unit was comfortable.

Charming studio, plenty big for two. Comfortable bed. Kitchen with just enough to prepare dinners. Great set up for skiing as the bus is just 1/4 block down the street. Highly recommend

We came for a weekend of snowboarding and the location couldn’t have been better with easy access to bus line, restaurants, lifts. The concierge checkin was convenient and we enjoyed the hot tub on property. We would stay again.

Another Great Stay at this Unit

i have stayed here many times. And its just as good, if not better, than the first time i stayed there . Not only is the unit nice (i love the fireplace heater unit as does a great job heating the unit plus its so quiet compared to the heaters in most of the units at the prospector) but there is a bus stop right outside the unit so you can get everywhere in town highly recommend staying here.

Another great week!

Loved returning to this comfortable condo! Location is so convenient to Deer Valley and Park City. I soaked in the huge, hot outdoor hot tub every night and talked to some nice people. Peace and quiet, comfortable bed with crisp sheets, ensured I slept very well. Thanks again Kevin!

The Prospector is simply one of the best locations in Park City! Close to everything, on the bus route, dining and shopping in the neighborhood....it's perfect for vacations. And since we are Sundance Film Festival lovers, this was perfect. We were introduced to this property while attending film screenings held on-site.
