Very pleased with this rental. The property was exactly as pictured. It has everything needed for a beach stay. The master bedroom was large enough to fit a queen size air mattress in it. Large double closet and desk also. The other two bedrooms were small but served the purpose and had lots of closet space. The bunk beds are definitely more suitable for kids, although we had 2 30 years sleep in them. They are very low to the ground. But again, it worked and the room was nice enough. There’s a large kitchen table that could fit 8 if needed. The living room had a sofa with an end chaise and an insert that popped up to use as an ottoman—which you could actually sleep on too. There is 1 large TV. The bathroom in the master was newer and in nice condition. The other bathroom was a little older but still in very nice condition. I didn’t use the grill or outdoor area but it was a cute setup. A downside was no working ice maker in the refrigerator-although there were ice trays. Also, I really like a full length mirror. The bathroom mirrors weren’t enough for me. I also thought it was strange that we were given keys instead of a door code. It was hard timing to share 2 keys with several adults. Overall it was a great place and I’d definitely recommend and stay again.

We enjoyed our stay as it was very well located and in a peacefull neighborood. Bed sheets and beds were comfy, chairs and beach accessories were available, so that was nice! I would say the cleaning part could have been better, we really appreciate that this home is pet friendly but there was dark dog hair everywhere in the sheets, still on the ground and in the washing machine. Again we understand that it is hard to get rid of pet hair sometimes but I think at least the floor could have been a little cleaner. We ran out of supplies like toilet paper and hand soap, we were advised to buy new one as only the minimum was included and after that we had to buy what we needed. We totally understand that but regarding the price of the rental, we wish we would have a little bit more includings. It was very easy to check in and check out and we had good communication with the rental team throughout the week so that is always appreciated! Walking to the beach to see the sunset was amazing!
