Welcome to this beautifully preserved 4-bedroom, 2-bath stone farmhouse that sleeps 7 (ask for more details if you'd like to sleep 9) tucked along the quiet countryside of Mohnton. Cedar Glen Farmhouse was built in the 1800s and full of original interior stonework, this home offers the charm of a historic farmhouse with the comfort travelers appreciate today. Guests love the peaceful setting, spacious layout, and the unique experience of staying in a true Pennsylvania stone home.

Inside the main house, you’ll find a main floor king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, and a cozy twin, all with comfortable beds and quality linens for a restful stay. The home is heated and cooled by mini-splits, keeping you comfortable in every season.
Please note: there is no TV, but Wi-Fi is available for streaming on personal devices.

Outside, you’ll find a welcoming fire pit area, perfect for evening conversations, stargazing, or roasting marshmallows. Firewood is stocked for you, so you can enjoy the space without bringing your own.

With room for up to 7 guests, this farmhouse is ideal for families, small groups, or anyone looking for a relaxed country escape surrounded by open space and simple charm. All bed and bath linens are provided, and the kitchen is stocked for cooking—just bring your food and spices.

🐮 The farmhouse sits on a small farmette. You may see horses, a cow, or light activity around the property, as well as the family from time to time. Interaction is completely optional—they won’t enter guest areas, but the natural rhythm of farmette life is part of the setting.

Hosts were very friendly and helpful ..house had character and charm and was original with Very thick soundproof walls and yet warm and inviting. Would recommend this home to anyone wanting privacy and seclusion in a safe neighborgood.

The property was Fantastic! Very well done as far as renovation of an old homestead. Lots of room for all guests and very well appointed. I would mention that I was surprised and didn't expect there wouldn't be a TV in the house. But in a way it was refreshing not having one. Made for good friend and family time.

This beautiful farmhouse situated comfortably in the woods of Mohnton, PA makes the perfect backdrop to your weekend get away. Whether you are hosting a family get together, a bachelorette weekend, or a work retreat, there is something for everyone. The home itself is absolutely beautiful, has lots of room to spread out, comfortable seating and sleeping areas, a cozy firepit, and is located by horses and a pond for that nice country feel. The surrounding area has lots to do in any direction. Our party hit up some goat yoga and cow snuggles at the local Swartz Farm, went out for line dancing at Johnny and Hons, had lunch at Stampedes, and took a lovely hike in the Nolde Forest. The host checked in regularly and was easy to communicate with. I appreciate the work she put into making her farmhouse the perfect little home away from home. I would 100% recommend the stay!

This place is just amazing! The moment you walk in, you feel an instant sense of comfort and peace. Everything was so clean and beautifully decorated. One of our favorite parts was sitting outside by the fire and enjoying the warm nights we were lucky to have. We can’t wait to come back soon!
