The condo had a beautiful view of the ocean and whales daily. It was well equipped with everything you need both inside and out. The beach chairs and cooler were a great addition for the beach days. By far the cleanest condo we have stayed in yet.

Location is great. Host was great. Pool heater only worked half the time. The last two days of our stay there was no hot water. Last week of our stay only 1 of the 3 elevators were in service. Had to take the stairs a lot. Appliances need to be upgraded.

Essentially we paid for the view, which was, amazing and as advertised. Condo was well cleaned and comfortable and well stocked. It just wasn't high standards (wear and tear throughout) and I have the impression is awaiting renovation. The big issue, however, was no A/C. Temps were not exceedingly high, however we needed A/C to take the edge off the temps and humidity for health reasons. Temps in the unit were steadily between 78 and 80. When we raised the issue we received a prompt reply (thank you!) that the A/C was out throughout the facility and wouldn't be fixed. We would have stayed elsewhere had we known, so for that we are frustrated and there has been no accommodation (after several requests) for the numerous sleepless nights relying on a ceiling fan and modest breeze. Parking was a bear with local residents mixed in with rental cars in a lot that has very narrow spaces. The large pickup trucks made parking a challenge, when you could find a spot if you arrived in the late evening. Again, with so few handicap spots it made our stay more challenging than it needed to be. Ah, last thing was the trash chute just beyond the unit which was very noisy when being used. The ability to watch whales pop out of the water while drinking our coffee was truly memorable. Hopefully this resort gets an update and improvement to the HVAC for future guests. We have been to many Outrigger locations and this one wasn't close to the quality of the others.

Wonderful Anniversary Trip

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is great and the location is perfect. Very quiet, low-key area and walking distance to several restaurants and shops and snorkel rental place. Short drive to Kanapaali or Lahaina and a couple great snorkel areas north. Pool area was great and the ocean right outside was great to swim in too!

Our stay here was excellent! Close to restaurants, beaches, grocery stores and anything you’d really need. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Lots of towels and best of all a beautiful view from both the balcony and outside the door! Would definitely recommend this place!

Wonderful Honeymoon Stay!

My wife and I stayed for a week during our honeymoon and everything about the property was great! The unit was clearly updated recently and had all the amenities we could ask for during our stay. While we loved going to the beachfront restaurants to enjoy the sunset, none beat the view from our own balcony!
