We own a private residential compound with separate private units on the ground floor, all with their own separate and private entrances from the gated parking/driveway area. The back house has all the comforts of home. It is private and cozy and you have the entire unit all to yourself. It has a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms with a 2 twin size beds each which put together makes a queen size bed, a living room with air mattress pads, 2 bathrooms, and a private back yard patio with a BBQ grill.

It is equipped with AC/Heat, coffee maker, Wifi, and Cable TV Washer/Dryer.
Enjoy the tranquility of your own private retreat, with the convenience of the city life at your footsteps! This back unit-house is equipped with all your needs.

Coffee shops, restaurants, Metro station, grocery stores, pharmacy are very close by and within Walking distant.

Great location with mountain view

Convenient to store, shops and coffee! Spacious and tucked away privacy. The neighborhood seemed very safe and calm. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and comfortable

Unit is a two-story condo--wide open first floor; bedrooms and both bathrooms are upstairs. Quiet residential area five minute walk to downtown Azusa. We found a couple of great coffee/tea places. Parking is off the street. Unit is on the end of building furthest from street with nice patio and backyard. Never heard anyone next door. Neighbors were quiet. Host was on top of getting us inside easily. We did not have any issues that needed help later on. Furnishings are minimalist--just beds in rooms with a closet. Box spring on big bed was noisy.
