About this property

Beautiful Couples Getaway in the heart of Sleeping Bear!

Private apartment minutes from Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and all M-22 has to offer. The apartment is the lower level of a walk-out with a secured entrance. Beautiful setting on 10 acres facing the west with views of Lake Michigan and the most incredible sunsets.

World class boating, kayaking, fishing, hiking and rockhounding await you. Bring your toys as plenty of parking is available. There is a charging area for ebikes available at the house.
Please note: Quads are prohibited on my road as it is adjacent to the National Lakeshore.

The apartment has a private deck with outdoor seating and gas grill. French doors open into a large living space with kitchenette with all the amenities. Dining and seating area to enjoy the views to the west. Separate bedroom with crisp, clean linens, comfortable bed and large closet. Large, luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower. Please note: there is no TV; however, there is wireless. Most of our guests want to take advantage of “unplugging.”

Great place to stay if you want to explore the Sleeping Bear area. Only a short drive to Interlochen and wineries too. We also enjoyed watching all the hummingbirds in the flower garden.

Lisa and Mark are excellent hosts! The apartment is sparkling clean, well-appointed with everything you might need, and the location is just beautiful! I wish there were more stars to give because this is a gem nestled in the Sleeping Bear countryside!

This was the perfect first floor apartment for our stay! We had complete privacy in a very well maintained and clean bedroom, family room, and bathroom. Even the sitting area outside was delightful! This house was convenient to so many cute towns, great hikes, wineries, breweries, and beaches. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again!

Just beautiful!

We only wish we had more time to spend at this property! The grounds are beautiful and the apartment is well appointed. Of course, the surrounding area has so much beauty, too. This may be our favorite VRBO.
