Room was clean. Beds were soft and comfortable. We didn't have our pet with us but saw several dogs so the property is pet friendly. Quiet and sufficient for our one night stay.

Michelle at the front desk was wonderful, but the listing was incredibly misleading. Lobby/entrance smelled like cigarettes and fowl.Building is very outdated. Nasty carpet in the room and pool filled with dirt. We did not stay the night.

Slum property with most things in room broken, in need of repair or missing: ie: wall peeling, floor moulding in need of repair, sheets are grayed and not crisp, polyester not cotton, pillows are tiny, towels are little and thin and just short of holy, lights are falling off wall as is the racks and mirrors, carpet is beyond soiled matted and filthy (had to wear shoes to walk on it, walls and doors are marred. tv controller broken and without batteries. Patched walls in disrepair. At least the shower was hot and strong. Marijuana smokers and homeless out in front of building, dog poop line the green space.

so... I am definitely guilty of judging a book by it's cover, and I'll be honest, I had very low expectations when pulling in and there's an old Rodeway Inn sign, and then I saw the building which looks a little ... let's say ... worn.However, the lady who checked me in (forgot her name) was as friendly as they come, and my room was excellent. Also, most hotels have done away with house-keeping after covid (i know you can still ask for it) and typically you do not get housekeeping on vrbo's, but this one did. Ice machines worked, room was clean and without smoke smell, large TV with DirecTV, bed was comfortable and without a nasty comforter. Water in shower was very hot and great water pressure. wifi was reasonably fast (300mbps) and without restrictions.I would absolutely stay here again if I needed to. It is only a few minutes from Berry College.
