Great Motel, our second stay here. Just to be clear, we picked this one because it was lower priced than the rest. And we good great value for that. Robin behind the front desk was super helpful and responsive. The room was more than adequate for our two night stay. This is not a 5 star facility, so don't expect that level of comfort and finish, just a great stay for the price. We will be back!

Great location, close to historic district. Great value for price. Room was well appointed and nice. The kitchen was adequately equipped but required some cleaning. The exterior was a little gritty with dust and dirt, but that's probably true everywhere. Overall we were well satisfied with this motel

Location was in a sketchy area. The room was not the room I thought I was renting. Smoke detectors were not properly functioning. The door had a quarter inch gap, which made it feel like an unsafe place for a single women traveling alone to stay. The bathtub had rust all down the tub to the drain. The outer edge was black, looked like mold. I vacated the room after the first night and rented another room at a much safer location for the remainder of my stay.

This room was ok, This visit evoked memories of family vacations in the '60's with its motor hotel vibe. Concrete floor and no carpet, but given the Arizona dust, that made some sense. Overall, it is dated, with clear efforts toward upgrading. The bathtub/shower is old and in need of repair, but serviceable. The room I had, included a small kitchenette with a 4 cup coffee maker, full size refrigerator, microwave and table and chairs. I did not try the stove/oven. Some plates and cups, one pan, no dish towels/paper towels. The refrigerator and microwave were very useful. There is no longer a continental breakfast being served. I enjoyed the pool. The motel staff was friendly and helpful, I felt the rate was reasonable. They accommodated my very late arrival and very early departure. I stayed for 5 nights.
