Relax in this 3,200 sqft home perfect for large family gatherings. This 5 bedroom house is perfect for up to 12 guests, and just 9 minutes away from downtown Breckenridge where you can ski all day and come back home to enjoy the sauna and hot tub. Enjoy the outdoors in both winter and summer with a fire pit and beautiful starry night skies.

Gather together in the main level living room or the upstairs family room which has a varied selection of board games and puzzles for all ages! Enjoy the views of Mount Quandary and the surrounding national forest while using the hot tub and the sauna. The large dining table easily seats 12 people so everyone can share a holiday meal together.

Step out onto the deck and enjoy the night sky while warming yourself up by the fire pit. We hope you enjoy your stay with us, and please don't hesitate to reach out with questions!

We had a wonderful Christmas Vacation at this property. Plenty of room for all of us and our ski gear. Huge dining room table that fit all of us for meals and game nights. Plus an awesome game room upstairs. This property has amazing amenities. The host, Cindy is warm and welcoming - our communication was very quick and she answered any and all questions we had before and during our stay. Highly recommended this property!

What a gem this house is! Conveniently close to Breck and tucked off to the side so it's nice and quiet. Also the house has PLENTY of space and most of the rooms has their own thermostat, I've never seen that before. Best part was it snowed overnight and when we woke up someone had cleaned the driveway for us! Well using the hot tub after skiing was also really nice. Would 100% stay again!!

Great location very short easy drive to Breckenridge Ski resort and the town but far enough away for beautiful dark night skies. Beautiful spacious home with lots of room for the crew to spread out. Very nicely stocked kitchen, huge dining room table and two different dens. We really enjoyed the gaming table and all the very cool board games upstairs. We were surprised to find our bathroom and bedroom floors were heated! Our host was super responsive to any question or need. Highly recommend.
