Very nice condo, wonderful ocean view, convenient to eateries. Only issue when putting dishes away I found a handgun in the cupboard. Called a contact, he notified the police and they came and got the gun.

Pros: close to the beach, right off the elevator, washer/dryer, plenty of towels. Cons: parking spots are small, front door falling apart, one of the balcony doors coming apart, rust everywhere, shower head does not move, holes in bedroom, garbage disposal and dishwasher smelt horrid.

I’ve shared your notes with our housekeeping team for an immediate deep clean to address the odors in the dishwasher and garbage disposal and to check for rust and general cleanliness. I’ve also escalated the maintenance items: secure/replace the front door, repair the balcony door, fix the shower head so it moves properly, patch the holes in the bedroom, and inspect and address rust on affected fixtures. Regarding the tight parking spots, we’ll review the listing details and on-site parking procedures to set proper expectations for future guests.
