Nestled in the heart of Cassis, the property offers an unforgettable stay with panoramic views over the vineyards, only a twelve-minute walk from the harbour and the beach.

La Restanque combines Provençal charm with modern design and is fully equipped to welcome families, children and guests with reduced mobility. A concierge service is included to support you throughout your stay and activities.

You will stay on the upper floor in a charming 60 m² suite featuring a bedroom with a high-quality hotel-grade double bed and a children’s bedroom with a cabin-style bunk bed. The living area, the modern and well-equipped marble and wood kitchen, and the terrace offer a stunning view over Cassis; an ideal setting to enjoy the sunset.

The ground floor of the villa can be rented separately but remains independent from the studio. You may ask before your arrival about the configuration.

Outside, the 1,300 m² garden offers outstanding views over the Bagnol estate vineyards and the historic centre of Cassis. You can enjoy the large swimming pool and family activities such as table tennis during summer days. The pool is open from May to the end of September, subject to favourable weather conditions. Cassis harbour is only a twelve-minute walk away.

This property has a special story, as it is our family home. We’ve shared many wonderful moments here. It’s also a peaceful corner of Cassis, with neighbors who are very respectful of nature. A place overlooking some of Cassis’ most beautiful treasures: Cap Canaille, the vineyards, and the port.

Cassis also has a unique connection to the United States, where we spent some time—because the stone used for the base of the Statue of Liberty comes from right here.
