Our residence is a hight class, luxuory, is located at the first line and has it`s own access to the ocean beach. There is a 24-hours security and is very important to the clients. The residence is located at the walking distance of the main bars, restaurants, beaches and the centers of the night life of Sosua. The apartment is fully furnished. with the new, well functioning equipment. The administrator is a very kind, inteligent and attentive person who is always ready to make everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible

The residence has a beautiful, incomparable tropical garden with the own access to the ocean. The apartment is fully furnished, all the equipment is new and functioning fine. There is a private parking without additional payment. The apartment and the residence in which it is located, they have everything necessary to pass the truly comfortable and unforgettable vacations. Excellent location with the 5-10 minutes walking access to the main restaurants, bars, beaches and the centers of the night life os Sosua. 15-20 minutes distance in car fron the International Airport of Puerto-Plata. At the 30 minutes driving distance is located the city of Puerto Plata with its historical sites (Malecon, Playa Dorada, Montana Isabel de Torres, Teleferico, Jardin Botanico where Steven Spielberg shot the main episodes of the movie "Jurassic Park"). In a distance of 55 km (1 hour 15 minutes driving in car) is located "27 charcos de Damajagua" (27 waterfalls of Damajagua), a picturesque place with virgin tropical nature and 27 beautiful waterfalls
