To ensure a smooth, secure, and Airbnb-compliant check-in, all guests must complete a few simple steps after booking. This is managed through Airbnb’s preferred third-party platform and helps protect both you and the home:

If you're bringing more than one pet or staying longer than 4 nights, additional fees will be added separately after booking.

🧾 Additional Fees
As required by Airbnb’s July 2025 transparency policies, we disclose the following potential or optional fees:
✦ Late Check-Out Fee: $60 (after 11 AM without prior approval)
✦ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Hourly Extension: $24.95/hour (based on cleaner availability)
✦ Excessive Cleaning Fee: Up to $400 (if property left in very poor condition)
✦ Deep cleaning due to grease, damage, or staining = $100
✦ BBQ/Grill/Smoker must be cleaned after use – if not, a $100 deep cleaning fee applies
✦ Unapproved Guests Fee: $50/person per night
✦ Lost Key/FOB Fee: $175
✦ Forgotten items will be donated after 48 hours; shipping = $50 admin fee

✦ Smoking violations incur a $400 fee to restore air quality

🔈Noise & Respect for Neighbours
✔ Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM (as per Edmonton bylaws)
✦ Excessive noise, parties, or disturbances may result in immediate cancellation without refund
✦ Violations subject to a $400 administrative service fee
