The thing to know about this property is that it's a hotel. The hotel staff was very confused about how this was booked through VRBO, and they could not understand how i prepaid for it. Also, the room selection was not what we thought we were booking because the hotel makes the final call on which room you actually get. One of the kids had to sleep on the floor because they were fully booked and the room did not have enough beds.
