This beautiful property was perfect for my first Sedona vacation with a long-time friend. We had everything we needed, lots of relaxing space, comfortable beds, a great location, and a spectacular view! It was a perfect "home base" for several excursions, including the Verde Valley train ride and a guided day tour to the Grand Canyon, not to mention some excellent local wineries in the Page Springs area. I would highly recommend and look forward to staying again in the future.

Great location! Easy check in process. Beautiful house, fully equipped kitchen and great yard to sit and relax after a full day of sightseeing! The beds were comfortable, loved having washer/dryer available. I would definitely stay there again.

Loved our stay! It was clean and comfortable, fully stocked, and beautiful backyard view! The stream flowing through the backyard and the outdoor seating and fire pit made it easy to spend time outside among the red rocks and the stars!

This was one of the nicest short-term rentals I've stayed in .... everything was perfect! Stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook meals at home, comfortable beds and seating throughout the house, great outdoor firepit, calm and soothing backyard with a waterfall. Location was perfect as well!

This property was a fantastic place to stay in Sedona, especially with a family. The home is spacious and the kitchen is very well stocked with ample dishes and cookware. The location is perfect and the outdoor space is lovely. Communication with the owner was prompt. We would highly recommend the property and would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely perfect location with stunning views. Clean comfortable and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We took a walk around the neighborhood one day and enjoyed seeing the other homes; the second morning we did a 2.5 mile hike that was accessible from just a couple of blocks away. We loved it and would one hundred percent choose again.
