Welcome to Cozy Oaks Barndo!

A relaxed, elevated retreat in beautiful Brown County. Soaring 10-ft ceilings, crisp shiplap walls, and warm finishes set the tone the moment you walk in.

The primary suite features a king bed with luxury linens, wonderful closet, and a spa-style bath with heated tile floors and a dual-head shower.

Dogs are welcome here! Bring your well-behaved pup along for the adventure — we know getaways are better when the whole family comes.

Unwind in the oversized living room with the cozy fireplace, 13-ft leather sofa, and hanging egg chair. Watch the horses across the road, work on a puzzle, or simply slow down.

10 out of 10 don’t hesitate to book just do it! The host is amazing to work with and the property and house was beautiful. We will definitely be back! We booked another one of her properties and that was just as amazing! Cozy Oaks and Cozy pines book them both if you have a large group. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the experience we had staying at both locations!

We really enjoyed our 3-day stay! The house was welcoming, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The host was extremely friendly, responsive, and wonderful to interact with, which made our stay even more enjoyable.One thing we wished for was a little more privacy on the front porch. There are three cameras facing the front porch, and unfortunately, it made us feel a little uncomfortable spending time there, even though the porch itself was very inviting. The back porch was more private, and we really enjoyed being able to relax outside and use the hot tub while still having privacy.Overall, we had a lovely stay and appreciated the hospitality!

Christy was an amazing host before, during and after our stay. We were in town for the LPGA Legends Championship at Harrison Lake CC for the week and what a treat it was to go back to our cozy cottage to unwind after a long day of competition. The beds were comfy, the living room was great for chilling and watching TV. The kitchen had nearly everything we needed to eat in most nights. The barbecue was very handy for grilling and the laundry room enabled us to get prepared for next week’s USGA Championship in MI. Thanks again to Christy, we hope to come back soon!

We had an amazing stay at this barndominium! It was the perfect place for our family of six, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and still feel comfortable together. The layout was open and roomy, yet incredibly cozy at the same time. We also loved that it was pet-friendly—our furry family member felt right at home, which made the trip even better. Everything was clean, well thought out, and welcoming, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time. We would absolutely recommend this place to families and anyone traveling with pets and would happily stay here again. The owners were so easy to work with. Can’t recommend this property enough!

What a beautiful cozy place to stay! We had the most amazing time staying in this lovely barndominium. Secluded but close to Nashville and Brown County State Park. It was just my husband and I for a long weekend and this was the perfect place for us. Has all the amenities and special touches one could ask for. The kitchen was fantastic! Even had a meat thermometer we could use when grilling on the back patio. The large walk in rainfall shower was glorious after sitting out back by the fire pit that was stocked with wood. The hot tub was hot and refreshing after a day of hiking. Everything was perfect! Clean and cozy and just wonderful. Great for family with young kids or couples trip or girls trip!! Highly recommend.

The host was absolutely wonderful and very easy to communicate with. There was a last minute change in our plans, as the pupper we were going to be bringing with us, was not joining us. Great cabin, the dimmer light switches took a little getting used to. Liked that we could buy coffee mugs, would have been nice if coffee and tea was provided. Might also help drive mug sales :)Check out instructions were a little confusing. Said something about leave towels in the main bathroom in the tub. We interpreted the front bedroom with the attached bathroom as the “main”/Master bathroom, but it did not have a tub. So we put them in the shared bathroom that had a tub and was closer to the laundry room.Overall very clean, very quiet, enjoyed the stay, and would use again.
