The Neighborhood:

Day trips are the best from Dwight! Visit the beautiful Oxtongue River, Ragged Falls, Dorset Fire Tower, Marsh's Falls, and the Dwight Trading Post. Eat at The Boiler Room, Henrietta's Pine Bakery, Erika's Bakery or, one of the food trucks in the area!



The scenery is rugged with lush forests all around. Dwight is just 20 minutes to Algonquin Park, and 15 minutes to the beautiful towns of Dorset and Huntsville.



Getting Around:

About 2 hours and 20 minute north of Toronto. Just 10 minutes to the village of Dwight or a 15 minute drive to the town of Huntsville for shopping, dining, gas, LCBO, groceries and all amenities.



Easy day excursions to close by Algonquin, and Arrowhead Provincial Parks, and many golf courses are nearby with world class golfing close at hand. Just a 15 minute drive to the Hidden Valley Ski Resort.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must climb stairs.



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



HOUSE RULES

- No smoking (tobacco, cannabis, and vaping) is allowed in the unit. The use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply is a $300 penalty.

- No parties/events are permitted.

- Illegal activity is prohibited and won't be tolerated.

- No loud music or excessive noise is allowed after 11 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property's ground.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during the stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Pets are permitted with prior approval.
