Our stay at this property was completely unacceptable. Despite arriving exhausted from a long bus ride, we left within an hour and spent our entire vacation at a hotel. A quick walkthrough revealed countless defects, with likely even more hidden: * Cleanliness: Cigar butts, ash, used cups, stagnant sink water, a filthy grill, strong chlorine odor, and black mold on the shower skylight. * Safety: Loose ceiling cables, scattered construction lumber, broken fly screens, and dead, electrocuted birds by the entrance. * Windows & Noise: Windows couldn't close due to broken locks and cables routed directly through them, flooding the rooms with street noise.While the host quickly dispatched repair and cleaning teams upon our complaint, managing emergency maintenance during a paid holiday is unacceptable.We therefore cannot recommend staying at this accommodation.
