They accommodated a request to arrive early, which was generous and appreciated, so they get 2 stars instead of only 1. But I didn't get any basic information other than a number with no context (was the door code) and the address. Had to ask about the wifi access, while trying to figure out which smoke detector was beeping from a bad battery I discovered one in a bedroom didn't even have a battery. The garage was locked and not useable, which is where the beeping smoke detector was. Other things that were frustrating are one of the bathrooms did not have toilet paper, the fridge was not cold and my milk went bad, the freezer only got cold enough at the bottom to freeze ice, there was no plunger, and the TV in the main bedroom did not work as there were two remotes but no Roku connected to go with them. It is clear this is just a bare minimum rental without any actual attempt at hosting people for a positive experience. I even had to ask what the checkout instructions were because they never sent them.
