Our stay at the Ashton farmhouse was fantastic. It was a gorgeous home to return to after each day of adventure at Yellowstone and Grand Teton national park. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after long days of hiking. To us, it was worth the travel time to be able to retreat to the peace and quiet. Having all the farmland around us was nice and educational. We loved the little notes around in the house giving you the history. The house was spotless, clean, and smelled wonderful. We had everything we needed in this home plus some.

The home was absolutely beautiful, and the setting was serene and peaceful. Everything was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and very well appointed. The kitchen was a delight to prepare our meals in! The owners truly thought of everything, right down to providing laundry detergent and all the little necessities that make a stay comfortable. The spacious master suite downstairs was wonderful, with a beautiful bathroom, and the outdoor hot tub was fantastic! It was large, perfectly heated, and such a lovely way to relax after a day of exploring. There are just a few things worth mentioning for future guests. All of the bathrooms are located downstairs, which can be a little inconvenient for guests sleeping upstairs, particularly anyone with mobility limitations. The upstairs sleeping arrangements are also better suited to families, as one of the smaller sleeping areas is accessed through another bedroom. We also found the sofas a little difficult to get in and out of.There are quite a few instructional signs throughout the property, along with several security cameras, which made the atmosphere feel a little less relaxed than the beautiful setting itself.Overall, this is a lovely, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully equipped home. We genuinely enjoyed our stay. I think it would be especially wonderful for a couple enjoying the spacious downstairs master suite, or a family with children. We appreciated the care the owners hav very well appointed

Thanks for the feedback. This is a new listing so it really helps us to know how to improve Certain things. I would like to Put your mind at ease on a couple of things. First: the Cameras that are located (Only) on the exterior of the home, have nothing to Do with guests and were there long before we ever started renting out the home. They are positioned to view our farm crops and driveway only. The house sits on a working agriculture farm. We live 12 hrs away in East Montana. The cameras are how we monitor the farm Grounds and Crops. We have to monitor the irrigation pivots, they can and do get stuck and or not stop where they are programmed to stop. We also have to monitor the actual crops, storms, farm laborors, Equipment, Fertilizing, and harvesing. All the camera views are Of the property And crops. We can see cars as the enter they property, but we cant even see who walks in our home. We dont even have a doorbell camera. I Need to think of a better way to explain the cameras in the guest book. Maybe a screenshot Print of all the camera views, in the guest book Would help? The other thing I would like to explain: instructional notes. They all came about from a significant incident or complaint from another guest. Examples… First guest to rent our home shattered the shower door. The reason for a note asking Guests to be gentle with the glass doors. We had 3-4 complaints from guests stating that we need to provide instructions for the thermostat snd steam shower. The reason for the instruction notes. Every instructional note in the home was born from either an incident or guest complaint. I am very sorry if they made You uncomfortable in any way. Thank You for the feedback and thank you for booking our home and treating it so well. It was a pleasure to host your group.
