The Space:

This cozy studio is ideal for couples and solo travelers who want a retreat from daily life to enjoy peace and quiet along with the fabulous ocean views Lincoln City is known for. And if you have any beloved canines, this rental allows dogs, so you can bring them along with you!



This rental is located on the third floor, allowing for stunning views and requiring guests to climb a set of stairs. Beach access is about a block or two away, with another set of stairs that leads to the sand.



There's a queen-size bed and a mini-fridge, coffeemaker, and microwave. This studio is the perfect size for two guests, so it's an ideal chance for a getaway with your sweetheart or a solo adventure. And the view! I have stayed here several times and the rooms are fairly run down but for the price and having a nice big balcony with such a spectacular ocean view is priceless...we don't spend much time in the room so it works just fine for us...also working with vacasa is always a pleasure they have great customer service!

I loved this place. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's gorgeous once you're in the room. Very spacious, nice clean linens and gorgeous views. Only small detractors I'd say is the bed wasn't very comfy, but not bad enough to detour from staying here. Will definitely be back.

Fun little room with a view

The room was overall great. Plenty of room for the dog crates and us humans. Wish there was some ceiling fans or screen doors for better air flow. The bed could have been a little softer but aside from those two things, the view was great, the location was great.
