The Space:

This spacious five-bedroom Rockaway Beach vacation home is just steps from the sand, and perfect for a multi-family vacation! There are separate living areas and full kitchens on two floors, with space for up to ten guests to enjoy the beautiful ocean views and direct beach access.



With five bedrooms and two and a half baths, this special home has plenty of space to spread out and enjoy a bit of extra elbow room, or gather together and socialize. Up to 10 can sleep comfortably, but up to 10 travelers are welcome. There is one bedroom with a king bed, three with queens, and one with a double bed. There's even a washer/dryer available to keep up with wet bathing suits or fishing gear throughout your stay.



Each floor has its own full kitchen and dining area, plus comfortable living areas for settling down for a movie marathon on drizzly afternoons or curling up with a good book. When the sun shines, you'll find plenty of space to stretch out on the two oceanfront decks. Two dogs are welcome with an additional nightly fee.



Although with the beach beckoning just steps from the deck and beautiful Crescent Lake waiting to the east, you may not stay put for long. The location is ideal for whiling away lazy days on the beach, or adventure-filled afternoons spent boating, fishing, kayaking, hiking, or crabbing.



No matter how you spend your days, you'll love ending each evening roasting marshmallows in your private outdoor fire pit under the stars, or sipping a glass of wine on the oceanfront deck as the sun sets over the Pacific. This peaceful Rockaway Beach retreat is waiting for you!

Excellent beach front house.

We enjoyed this beach house because it was right on the beach and had an excellent view of the surf from the living room.

Beautiful view but property didn't have enough hot water, main oven was broken and WiFi was very inconsistent. Manager did respond but these things couldn't be addressed. They did give us a partial refund which took a while.

The place was absolutely filthy. There were ants upstairs which appeared to be “remedied” by a paper towel shoved in the wall. None of the dishes were clean. One of the beds was moldy. One of the beds had damp sheets. There was possibly black mold on the wall. Windowsills haven’t been cleaned for a long time. Cobwebs in the light fixtures etc. I raised the biggest of these issues to management and got an automated response with no follow up.

Relaxing Stay

We enjoyed our trip to Rockaway Beach, and the home was nice in that it was big enough for friends and family to come and go over the week. the views were amazing. The house comes with pretty much everything that you will need for your stay. We were missing a few things but it was easy to make a run into Tillamook and pick up a few things here and there. Please request that the cleaning staff make sure that the dishes are clean as they were not and we had to wash quite a few things straight out of the cupboards.

Beautiful place —hopefully my issue was a one-off!

It’s lovely and right on the beach—just as pictured. Was perfect for us since we brought 2 families so we had a little separate space when needed. When we arrived the place smelled really strongly of marijuana and the property manager took over 24 hrs to get back to me, so by then it was pretty much aired out. There wasn’t even an apology and we came with 4 kids. Pretty disappointed.

Awesome ocean view

We had a group stay here, all of us were 56 years old to 81 years old. The Ocean view was great and a short walk to the beach. This house has 5 bedrooms with beds for couples which is what we needed, it is well stocked with kitchen appliances, plates, glasses, pots and pans and utensils. The deck on the top floor is nice with high back chairs and a table. There are a lot of games on the game shelf, the neighborhood is quiet and lots of parking. Town isn't too far but we spent most of our time on the beach or looking at the ocean from the deck or living room. We would defiantly rent this home again. So much room and fun for all.

Roomy space with beautiful view

The house was nice for our family and there was plenty of room for our large group. The house is in need of a deep clean. There were ants, dead and alive. There are two separate living areas and kitchens however, there are not enough dishes, kitchen ware for the amount of people the house holds. We had to share plates and bowls. The view is amazing. The balcony is a great place to be but I wish it had been updated a bit as I was concerned about how safe it was. The fire pit is a small area and also not big enough for the amount of people the house holds. Overall, I would stay here again just hope there are some updates when I do.

Review

Deck and stairs are extremely unsafe, lower deck does not seem like it is attached to anything, stairs to upper deck sway when you walk on it and upper deck itself does not seem stable. Advertised that there was a baby gate but it was broken and didn’t work, if you are going to say you have a baby gate please have one that works. Kitchen and living room have an ant problem. Pictures make the house seem cleaner and updated than the house actually is.

The view is amazing but needs a little bit of work. Definitely needs a handrail and mattress pad and

The first glance I felt like the property was well kept. Unfortunately, after a few guests left, we took the sheets off of the bedding, and there was no mattress on one of them. There was several stains, and the pillows looked horrendous. Going up to flights of steps. There is no handrail at all. It was outside in the rain with a big railing not a small hand for an 88 year old woman. Halfway through the trip there was no dishwasher because the rack fell off so I had to run it dishes down to the 18 inch dishwasher or I had to do it by hand.. the bathroom tub was very slippery. We asked for a mat and it took them over a day to respond and I was already at the store buying one for safety purposes.. I think it would be very inexpensive to purchase pillows and a waterproof mattress pad and that would save your mattresses, but also verifying your pots and pans or purchasing some that are in better shape. The kitchen was well stocked with a lot of spoons and spatulas. It did not have enough dishes for a party of 10 with going downstairs and taking the dishes and utensils.
