Additional conveniences include two large flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi access, a pool and hot tub, plus an outdoor patio showcasing breathtaking views of the Rincon, Catalina, and Santa Rita Mountains.

For an extra fee, you can also book an adjoining studio unit that comes with a queen-size bed, mini fridge, microwave, TV, and a walk-in shower.

We relocated to Green Valley from the Midwest due to its warm and sunny weather, complemented by stunning desert landscapes that provide hiking opportunities in Madera Canyon. This location is perfectly positioned to enjoy the benefits of a large city while preserving a delightful small-town atmosphere.

The community features numerous golf courses and 13 recreation centers, each equipped with year-round heated pools, gyms, clubs, and a diverse array of activities. These activities encompass various entertainment options, live performances (including comedy shows, concerts, and cirque), films, dances, game nights (such as Bingo and game shows), over 50 clubs (ranging from cards and crafts to hiking and wine tasting), lectures, and special occasions like holiday celebrations, along with access to fitness programs, arts, and excursions.
