The host, Dl was wonderful. The place itself was perfect for what our family needed. Enough space for everyone to gather together, conveniently located to lots of stores, places to eat and shop. My family truly enjoyed themselves and will definitely consider them again.

We loved this property. Our family of 6 rented both the upstairs and downstairs units, and there were beds to spare! The rooms were huge and comfortable. There were individual air conditioning units in each room which was great for hot summer days. There were a lot of nice small touches such as Keurig machines in both kitchens with a wide variety of K-cups. The neighborhood was safe, and the rental was a short walk from the subway. We will definitely stay there the next time that our family is in Brooklyn!

The space was not clean at all, windows had dead flies on the sill, floors were unswept, bathroom was not cleaned, sheets had stains, bathroom had caked on products from previously guest use, walls had dirt stuck to it and home had a overall damp smell. Had to get cleaning supplies and clean home after check in. Host was responsive and communicative. Home was as described.

This was the perfect space for our trip. We were in Brooklyn for a wedding and needed room for 3 couples and another adult. We had both the downstairs studio and upstairs 3 BR unit. There was plenty of room to spread around. It's located on the edge of a very lively area, with plenty of small restaurants just steps away. The subway station is about a 7 minute walk from the building.
