Experience the picturesque allure of this true Northwoods log home. If you are in search of a property that is unique and full of character, this is your spot. Perfect for families looking to create memories together or couples excited to enjoy a quiet and relaxing getaway. After a long day at Granite Peak or exploring Central Wi, kick your feet up next to the crackling fireplace. On summer mornings, the new deck expansion is the perfect place to sip coffee and watch wildlife as the sun rises. Or play lawn games in the expansive yard followed by making s'mores around the outdoor bonfire. Set on two and a half acres, Hidden Pines Lodge is your gateway to exploring the many things the area has to offer.

The approximately 1900 finished sq. ft. home includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a fully finished lower level. Central to the living room is a field stone fireplace to enjoy a warm fire on snowy Wisconsin nights. Other features include: second fireplace (gas) in lower level, three car detached garage, brick walkway, landscaping, HDTV on each floor, central air conditioning, and privacy in all directions. Incredibly, this stunning, secluded haven is less than 2 miles from the Wausau city limits and only 10 miles from Granite Peak!

If you wish to stay connected, need to work remotely, or want to stream your favorite show, the home is equipped with high-speed fiber optic internet access with guest WiFi. Great stay in the outskirts of Wausau. Stayed here for a weeks long work trip. Internet works great and the fireplace made it nice and cozy. Would stay here again!

This cabin rental was excellent! The host made check in and check out very easy. The bedrooms, living rooms, and dining area were all very comfortable. The cabin location was perfect. It is close enough to enjoy activities in and around Wausau, but yet it is secluded enough to offer peace and quiet. We stayed at the height of winter and had plenty to do: skiing on Rib Mountain, watching curling at the Wausau Curling Center, trekking out to the 45x90 geographical marker, tipping a brew or two at Wausau's microbreweries, and lots of dining spots. It was a perfect winter getaway.

Cozy cabin surrounded by trees. You really feel secluded. We had a great stay and enjoyed skiing at Granite Peak a couple days which is less than 20 minutes away, tubing hill just minutes away and lots of restaurants. The cabin was wonderful.

This is an absolute gem! Homey & comfy. They have everything there that you need. Feels like you are innthe middle of nowhere, yet nice and close to Wausau. Our hosts were excellent as well.
