We were in quite a bind with our RV broke down and getting repaired for a week. Mario was a very good host the apartment was nice and clean plenty of room and well stocked. Would stay there again if we go back.

This property was easily accessible from main road. Short drive to stores etc. Also, right down from the Braum’s ice cream store!It was smaller than I expected, but adequate for the two of us.Digital lock on front door meant we didn’t have to worry about a key.The only downside was that the bed was too big for room and could only be accessed from one side. I would have liked a firmer mattress too.

I would recommend this place . I got to meet the hosts, Mario and his family, they are great people and wonderful hosts. The place is cozy and in a safe quiet neighborhood, close to most amenities, eateries, shopping and parks. A little gem in Wichita falls. I wish I could give you a 10 s!

Let people know that trash goes in the dumpster behind the house in the alley. The neighbor next door just happened to be outside as I was loading the car and I asked her.No outside trash receptacles so if I hadn’t asked I wouldn’t have known where to put the trash.
